Felt funny about putting my name before

regarding the shroom therapy...but...sod it!
I am taking them tonight...I am only on one tab a day of verap 180mg and have been getting hit the last few days...I have about four doses coming to me, so I should be able to do the follow up dose a week later of this one doesn't do the trick.
I am determined that this therapy will work for me eventually...finding the right dose for me etc.
