Hello there everyone, I have been suffering with cluster headaches for a little over 10yrs. now. I can honestly say I am so happy to have found this site. I was starting to believe that I was the only person on this earth with such horrible headaches.
I, like everyone have tried both home remedies as well as prescribed medication, & nothing seems to work. I find myself living in fear on the next one to hit. I never thought these C.H.'s would consume a big part of my life. (boy was I wrong)
In the beginning they would last up to 2 months straight. My family at the time thought I was abusing drugs. I guess I would have thought the same. Who knows?
It's now gotten to the point where they hit randomly, all year long, the minute I feel the slightest pain, I find myself heading straight for the medicine cabinet. I, in my teen years never liked taking medication for anything, now it seems thats all I do.
I'm glad to see others like me & at the same time very saddened for all you who suffer from these C.H.'s & more than anything I applaud those of whom stick by oursides during the attacks. I know it's difficult at times but Thank you.
Well hopefully i'll be able to sleep tonight & i'll pray for all of you to be able to as well. Take care & God Bless.....
