which I get occasionally, sound very similar to what you posted as your symptoms, when ever I stay out ing the sun doing hard physical labor. Like the last time my septic system drain field clogged, I didn't have the funds to pay a company to do it so I did it myself, I dug out a 500 sq ft. area laid the liner laid the pipes and put 40 tons of gravel on top of the pipes,covered that with the liner and then refilled the excess dirt from the hole I had dug and spread it over my whole yard, working 12-16 hrs a day and ending each with the exact headache your discribing, yes all the while being on chemo for the Hep C and having Clusters about every 4 hrs too.
I didn't have to go in for more test as I have always gotten these attacks when I over do it, when I use to smoke it would happen if I smoked too many cig's in a day, the headache always forced me into bed with Ice packs and ended only after I vomitted violently and slept for a few hours.
Your wise to go in and get a Doctors opinion as the cause range is so vast it's better not to take any chances! Having an Anurysm also causes similar affects so let us know what the Doc says and I'll send some of my Gaurdian Angels your way in the meantime! Pappy
