found your trigger for now. In my experience, I've found different triggers - different cycles. What may trigger them for me this time may not next time. As far as the alcohol, that's a definite for me in ANY cycle. At times can't seem to figure out WHAT triggers them. Congrats and hopefully you'll stay pain free for years to come. Thanks for sharing.
