Where is she wrong? f'rexample:
a. Imitrex works for clusters (though not all of them, agreed)
b. Imitrex does NOT cause rebounds. You just get another headache, the next one.
c. Case studies be damned. Lots of people here have good results with half doses!
(Also and btw, there have been cases reported of vomiting accompanying clusters). When in doubt, do the cluster quiz again.
Try and check the OUCH site for doctors in your area that may be more approachable about clusters.
We do not seem to havefound THE magic bullet yet. Some stuff works for some, other stuff for others. Yiou must try it out. Why not try to stick with the imitrex and the injection trick? Seems to have worked for you.
Hang in there and give that doctor what for!
