I'll e-mail you with some information, and I'll need a little back from you. I run a small charity for children and have come across this before and so far have always have had success.
We'll need to talk a bit and get some details, but I'll see if I can help you from back here in Colorado. I think I can. If we can get things moving BEFORE the power is shut off, all the better, but if they do shut it off, we'll get it back on. The Electric Company might say they can do this, but when children are involved, it's a huge mistake for them to do so.
I'll e-mail you today with some questions and information. I've done this before for other families, so I'm not just spouting off.
