I seem to remember that it used to be that northern Europeans and their progeny were more prone to CH. I think this has been shot down with the realization that for most part, this group had more access to medicine. I know we have some from India, Africa, South America, and I think there was one from Singapore some time ago. I may be wrong.
There are many from New Zealand and Australia. Australia has a small population--Less than 20,000,000 if I remember. Europe has more OUCH members than we do. Europe and North America, with large on-line populations, were likely to produce OUCH or OUCH like organizations, before other areas.
I guess this is obvious and Simon will be sure to correct me if I'm off base. I suspect culture has something to do with the lack of Japanese participation in our groups. Just some thoughts.
