What should I try next?

As I have said in my previous message I have taken Prednisolone with success over the years but not this time.
Could you guys recomend what I could try next when I see my Nero.
I have to wait until Tuesday before I can see my Nero
Its been 2 weeks now whithout much sleep another 5 days.
Goto go back to work thursday night shift for 4 nights that will be alot of fun.
oh dear this is hard.
