Think very long and hard about that, my friend. You're going through a rough patch right now, but it isn't one than thousands haven't trod before you.
It comes down to one very simple issue:
die and you never see your kids again. Never.
Get through this and either you and cher get back together or you divorce and you get visitation or joint custody.
Ball's in your court, Jimmy. The only way for you NOT to see your kids again is to do what you are contemplating.
I have no idea what has transpired between cher and yourself. I do know I've spent many evenings in chat with her and never heard her say an ill word about you. Of course, I know perhaps better than most that the public face of a relationship often bears little resemblance to what occurs behind closed doors. Just a bit hard for me to imagine cher trying to prevent you from ever seeing your children again.
So why should you?
