What is CPH and CCH? And Indomethacin

I have seen these terms used on this board. I know what CH is but what is CPH and CCH? A post a few days ago said that Indomethacin is used to differentiate between CH and CPH. My doctor and I decided to give indomethacin a try again for my recent CHs. Previously it did not work at all, but in my current series, 50mg has been killing the CH within 20 minutes. I'm also on wellbutrin. Maybe there's a combination effect?
