the sleep deprivation. How many of us get enough sleep? How many wake up in the middle of the night with a virtual hot knife cutting into the head, and sleep is gone for hours. It's funny to read the health columns. They all say "get at least 8 hours of sleep out of 24." No CH ever writes those columns
