Most of us can relate to what you are going thru and it is tough. Seems like you have several stressful things going at the same time. The 10 hour days do make everything else worse.
Have you tried sleeping in a recliner or chaise lounge? Sometimes is seems that you can get through a little sleep without the headache. Sometimes not. The only consolation is that we do get breaks and then we play catch up.
If your family members find it hard to understand what you go through, perhaps you can point them to the new Family Services Team set up on the OUCH site. We're here to help in any way that we can, be it with a spouse or the kids, or just anyone that might need to understand the other side of the story of clusterlife.
Check it out and send them to us. We are supporters support. They need it too. If we can help them, it will also help you. Like the name says, it's a Family thing.
