Since you are using AOL to connect at home, I expect you are using the AOL browser to surf. Try this -
Log on with AOL and then minimize it. (Click the minus sign button in the top right of your screen).
Now, open Internet Explorer. It may be on your desktop or you may have to go to Start/Programs/Internet Explorer.
Now type www.clusterheadaches.org into the Address bar and click Go.
If you get the same problem with the gray box, follow Frank's instructions from within IE. If that doesn't work, my guess is your puter just can't handle Java.
