I just found this site and let me say that it's great. I have been suffering from CH for almost 14 years now. I'm 27 years old. I remember the first one I had I thought I was dying. My CH used to start every fall and spring and last for about two months. But, last year they hit in winter and summer. I was free from them since last July until last night when one hit, and then one every time I fell asleep. (3 total). I spent what seemed like the entire night pacing my living room, holding my head under cold running water and crying. I've not tried any prescription medicine, except Ultram, and it did nothing except make me feel like a couldn't breathe. I'm glad I found this site and hope I can be of help at sometime.
