Oxygen works really well for CHs. The usual dosage is 7 liters per minute for 10 minutes or more but CAUTION must be used because oxygen is poisonous in high concentrations and can cause permanent lung damage if misused. Don't use it for prolonged periods and NEVER sleep with the tubes in your nose. If possible, try to get medical grade O2 because industrial O2 is not intended for human consumption and quite often contains impurities. Talk to your Dr. and you shouldn't have any problems getting a prescription. It's pretty expensive but often can give you relief when other methods have failed. Imitrex also works very well for me. If you don't have any heart problems, ask your Dr. about it as well. Good luck!
