my experience with the MRI really stunk!! They did ask me if I was claustrophobic. I guess the valium was next if I'd said yes. I was never told I could bring music either...didn't even think of it. After being in there an hour and coming out pretty much with the "music" of the machine beating in my head, the guy said, "Oh, I forgot to give you the ear plugs". It was like, "thanks dude"... LOL.
