My headaches go in 1 to 2 year cycles that last 4- 7 weeks and start out with just 1 to 2 ch's a day and then peak at 4-6 a day for a week or two then taper off. During a cycle life is hard , you can'T plan for anything. This weekend I'm suppose to go campimg with family and friends. But i'm scared, i think im about over this cycle but its just to soon to be sure and to be far away from the house and comfort of your own dark room when the shadows turn into demons is to much. But mine always come in the hot summer months of july and august. I guess i can be thankfull for the fact that, for aleast now, they are on a schedule that i can half way plan around.
