Just today I found this place and I've been reading a lot since then...everything I could find. My headaches, right now, are ridiculous. I like to think that they are, with rare exception, manageable, but they're really not. I'm printing just about everything I can find to take to my doctor, hoping he can help. I have not gone to the doctor for my headaches for quite a few years now. I got frustrated, thinking they couldn't do anything anyway. Now I'm ready to go back.
I just can't stand it anymore. I'm tired of hurting. I know that once I fall asleep, within a couple of hours I'll be right back up again. My question is this...and sorry for the ramblings...does anyone have any ideas for low cost treatments? I've read a lot about the imitrex (not sure of the spelling) and it sounds really expensive. I cancelled my health insurance about a year ago, so everything I do is out of pocket expense. I know, that was dumb, but when you raise 2 kids alone, every penny helps. Anyway, if you have any ideas, and I will talk this over with doc too, it would be greatly appreciated. I just figure, since this is a new doc to me, if I go in with a wealth of information I might have better luck. My prayers are with you all. Thanks, Robin
