I wish he was right and only men got these. That would take care of part of the group of clusterheads being cured. Unfortunately, he is wrong. It's sad there are still lots of doctors believing that, and sadder still for their patients. It is true that women are a minority of sufferers. But saying you don't have CHs because you're female is about as accurate as telling a guy whith migraines that he doesn't have migraines since he's male. And if this "doctor" is so determined not to change his beliefs and read up on the latest research, or even research not that new, it seems he doesn't have much of a scientific mind and more of a faith-based one. Not something we should want from any doctor.
