Sorry reply took a while, couldn't get into website. & sorry for using expressions from England - "doo-lally" means nuts, crazy, insane, bananas. that's what i thought was happening to me when i got 'the fear' just before a daytime pain attack. by this, I mean I go blind, then its just a matter of time before the pain arrives. No worse or longer than the ones which wake me up , but the apprehension makes it worse. Hope this is not typical for anyone else; i haven't seen much mention of blindness outside of retinal migraines, but I get all the cluster symptoms in my sinus and (left) eye, though not usually tender or sore skin. Sorry to go on, but I'm kind of exhausted and not feeling "tip top".
