I don't read much as this is one of my biggest triggers but I found this subject matter to be very helpful in the times of deep depression and self doubt, Flash has covered almost every other aspect and one other thing, Never be so stuborn to try something new,as I wAS FOR SO MANY YEARS!
Except for the 4 heart attacks I have had since Fathers Day I have been pain free for about 3 month because I abandoned my own position on "Drug Free" at all cost and have been on Oxy-Contin for almost 4 months now,Pain Free-It's a new life I'm living and I know that you can do the same! We Love You Carl! don't forget that!
