Health food store will have. Walmart has if that's
closer. Mfg=Spring Valley, Cayenne Fruit, 40,000 STU
on the label.
Test the cream. Put it somewhere else first to see how
hot it is. Some people have success with a topical application where
it hurts. My husband alomost killed me when I made him
poke it up his nose...had the CH and scalded nasal passages to
boot!
Taking the pills can't hurt...lowers cholesterol, increases
metabolism, affects endorphins, lowers blood pressure.
