Well guys, I was chating with Elaine on ICQ and she told me that I must post again about my personal experience with melatonin because there are some new cluster head here and they should want a hope.
By now I have been taking melatonin for 4 months ( 2 mg 30 minutes before bed)and I am completly pain free: IN CAPITAL LETTERS:
