Have always argued that we should not withhold information from clusterheads who have not paid - the idea of someone suffering because, rightly or wrongly, they have not stumped up their membership fee is repugnant, and reminiscent of the motives of the snake oil merchants.
However the chatroom is an area which could be a good membership benefit and inducement to join. There are, it has to be remembered several other chats catering for all the different interests of clusterheads. No-one is going to suffer by not beng able to get to it, and the focus of the chat there is more likely to be OUCH directed.
