ANY SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT TO DO. TO AVOID WAKING UP
EVERY 40 MINUTES WITH A 20 MINUTE HEADACHE.I GET
ABOUT 7 A NITE. IM AFRAID TO GO TO SLEEP EVEN THOUGH
IM VERY TIRED
