The literature shows that Imitrex side effects are directly dose related. They settled on 6mg as giving the best result the fastest. Lots of people get good results from the Imitrex tip - 3mg injection with fewer side effects. If we could get Glaxo to really do a study on 3mg - CH - side effects it could possibly result in making it available for "more mature" people and open up that market for Glaxo. Another win / win situation.
Everything I present to Glaxo I do so as a win / win situation. It helps us get what we want, recognition, drug availablity, insurance coverage and they get increased sales.
I focus on Imitrex because it's the only injectable triptan. Works the fastest and Lord knows, we need fast.
