but i can not get any relief from shadows from Advil...or any over the counter drugs. You should feel very fortunate. Maybe I have no endorphins at all left. Thomas, I am going thru some of the same stuff bro...i am chronic. I was getting hit about 3 times during the nite. I started taking Amerge before bed as a preventative (who cares if it is an abortive if it works.LOL) and all of a sudden i slept 2 full nites and had 3 pf days too. Then last nite, despite the fact i took the amerge, the beast came acalling...then today I got hit so bad at work...I had to leave after i was able to see out of my eye to drive. Tears streaming down my face and embarrassed as hell cause I hate for anyone to see me have an attack..i walked across the hospital grounds and left. I had taken a dissolvable Zomig but nothing happened. I don't know how I drove home but God was with me...i just had to get out of there. I wish i could say mine indicates an end to my cycle but as chronic, there is no end. Maybe, the verapamil, that i started back on a week ago, is trying to kick in. In your case, it may very well mean the beast is getting ready to depart. I know when i was episodic that when this happened, that was usually the case. He would slack up, then hit me with all he had in him and then all of a sudden pack up and move out. I pray this is the case for you , my friend. I did not say any of this to get sympathy ...I said it to help you out in some small way...I am so grateful for what i am going thru cause i know it was alot worse a week ago..no gripes for me..LOL...hang in there bro and if you need to vent, you got my email ...smiles and much empathy for what you are enduring...nancyc
