it's real hard to be successful at the water treatment, but if you do it right it can be amazing. It's become apparent that it works best if you are not on any meds at all when you do the treatment and you HAVE to drink an 8 oz glass at least every hour through the day and then again if you wake in the night. It's not easy to drink that much water.
Oxygen does help a lot of folks here, and you have to catch the attack early enough. Just type "oxygen" in the search button above right and get comfy to read some of the volumes that have been printed here about it.
