I'm not sure if I suffer from cluster headaches. I've been to the doctor a few times about them and the only answer I get is a simple "If they get worse...come back...until then take tylenol." I'll be okay and it'll start as a small headache. I'll take some tylenol or advil and take a nap. I wake up and its worse. Over the period of an hour I'm in massive pain. It feels like my brain has expanded and is trying to push its way out of my skull. If I try to stand up I get dizzy and my vision blacks out. I've tried every kind of over the counter headache medicine but they dont help and I hate taking pills. So I try to wait it out and sit around curled up in a little ball on my couch sobbing. The headaches severity fades in and out over anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks. I have a full time job and I cant sleep at night, I cant eat because the dizziness makes me sick, and the pain wont go away. I cant live my life running on no sleep and no food and feeling nothing but this immense pain. If anyone can reccomend a good doctor in Pennsylvania or a non-medicinal way to help ease the pain, PLEASE respond. Thanks.
