I dont know if I spelled that right and I dont even care. I was just woken up by a call from some lady at the oxygen place and my neck, face and eye are pounding.
She wants to come here and take my vital signs. I assured her that I`m not one of her normal repiratory clients and that there was no need for her to come down here. I think I even begged, but it was no use. She`s coming around noon.
OK,about those pillows.
I might be wrong, but it seems to me that quite a few of my recent night time headaches are due in part to bad neck and spine alignment. My headaches seem to be constantly changing and it`s new thing is to start with a hideous pain in the back of my neck. Sometimes I can ditch the oncoming headache for a while if I move my head around and flex my neck or roll over and sleep on my other side for a while.
This makes me think that one form-fitting posturpedic pillows might help a bit. I`ve seen them on TV and it seems like their whole point is to keep your neck an spine aligned while you sleep.
Has anyone tried one of these things?
