Yup, most of the non-drowsy cold formulas don't even have antihistamine, they have pseudoephedrine, which makes my clusters worse. Pseudofed will zip you up and mess with your hypothalamus and hippopotamus.
You can get antihistamines that don't cause drowsiness, but in the US it is only by prescription. That may change soon - the insurance companies want to make allegra and the other non-drowsy antihistamines over the counter. It would lower the cost, plus the insurance wouldn't have to pay for it.
