DHE is DiHydroErgotamine, and i just returned froma 7 day stint in the hospital from IntraVenous administration of DHE. While in hosp. it worked great, the Clusters dissappeared, but on returning home, they came back with their pre-hospital vigour(plus heavy shadowing for extended periods)
