felt so good. I took an amerge before i went to bed and slept all nite long. I know i had read on the board that others did this so I tried it and it worked..at work now with ankle propped up...what a life! LMAO...grateful to be pf....praying for all of my clusterhead sissies and bros...smiles,nancyc
