I've pretty much told my story under "thanks Paco, let me tell you" but here are a few details I've forgotten to mention. Please excuse me, I'm way new here;)
I am a 35 yr old female and married to a wonderfull guy, (that was made evident in my other post) ;) He is incredibly supportive and trys sooooo very hard to help me. (short of blowing my head off for me)I have even kicked the poor guy outa bed, so I can have some space.
I have never been really big on pounding my head against walls but I do clutch my head so tight, as to pop my eyes out, no luck there so far, lol. Another trick I try, and this one almost sort of helps, is way cold air. I will put my face right up to a cold air vent or press ice packs right up to my eye. I guess the freezing cold kinda numbs the surface and I focus on the cold pain rather then the pressure. My headaches are also highly agravated by warm air. I can't stand heat and when I have one of these attacks I get way hot and need the air on waaaaaaay cold. Cold is hard to come by in CA. expecially the central valley. and by late spring we already have heat, Heck this is Ca, whats spring? lol.
Any way, I hope this answers any more questions.
