Hello,
Just thought I'd jump on the bandwagon and give another quick update on my progress with the ST treatment.
Treatment taken at 2:15pm on Wednesday, July 18th.
ST Update:
----------
MEDS: NONE
DAYS SINCE TREATMENT: 9+
Ok, I have not given an update in awhile. I have been having increasingly bad CH's for the last 3-5 days (?). Have returned to my 'normal' cycle it would seem. Back to the puking here and there with multiple hours long K8-10's etc at night. Not sleeping hardly at all again. However, have not had a CH over probably k7 at work. Usually not to bad then say twice a day a pretty good one but not for more than 20 or 30 minutes at a time. (This is a huge improvement to me BTW. Cause I am somehow managing to keep working)
Sleep patterns have returned to: When it is REM time it is time to wake up with the beast. Grrr.
All in all, during the day, it is still not too terrible. Hanging in.

I have been kind of in the background lately. I have been very tired and not feeling well in general. Also, knowing I was plunging back into my cycle but waiting to see what happened. Gave it as long as I can stand. This weekend I will try a second dose. I have not and will not be getting any meds of any other kind. I have taken NO meds since a few days before the initial treatment. And what I did have did not help (narcotic pain-killers). The shrooms took me from a point where I was totally incapacitated much of the time and unable to work or do anything, to a point where I was almost totally pain free for a number of days. Since then, I have been able to somewhat keep things together. Suicide has not really been such an issue anymore as it was before I tried the ST. Shrug. It must've helped:)
So, before I am all the way back in the same hole. I will try it again. I have personal evidence that it will help control my CH's. So I am feeling positive that it will do the job. It sounds to me like it is better than most meds for the CH's anyway. Plus, of course, it is free which means I can afford it:)
I hope that all of you are having a good day. PFD's to ya's.
Love, Michael B
