Thanks for the link. It's got lots of good info, but I'm not really questioning whether or not Bennett has, or had clusters, but rather if maybe this is typical of someone going from chronic to episodic, or even better maybe, they're going away. I know it's crazy to believe that, but if it's not typical for someone to go from chronic to episodic, or that normally clusters don't linger without a pattern for months, or usually they don't have episodes of attacks within only a couple of weeks(rather than 2 months on, 6 off), is it possible that we might be "affecting" his pain, and frequency? Again, Bennett was diagnosed by two specialist, and has had every test known to man...he fit the descriptions completely, except for his age. Tell me how someone goes from an episode, to no pain. Do they usually just stop, or do the shadows take turns with the clusters for a while before they disappear? Have you ever just had one attack in a three week period? Bennett doesn't seem to be having them in clusters... one here, one there, no real obvious pattern. I guess I'm not looking for statistics, but your personal experience. Shelly
