I have experienced it to. Actually a number of times since about the 19th I think.
Some of my 'Follow Ups' did not appear under the selected post. they were not visible when viewing the main tree. However, most of them were visible when I manually opened the post I had replied to and scrolled down to the 'Follow Ups' Area. Some did not ever appear. Also, some posts to the main board also never appeared.
Does this sound like what you are experiencing?
