Just thought I'd let you all know what is working for
me this cycle...I am on 20mgs ritalin(SR) which I take
during what I determine will be the best 8 hrs, usually
just before I go to work. At night I take zopiclone
(a sleeping pill) and so far this has been my most
carefree cycle...I cannot believe how this has worked
for me and I just had to share in case someone else
might be helped!
