I have a friend who is a diabetic and she has a card very similar to what you speak of. It says something like if she is acting like she is drunk, she needs immediate medical attention because she suffers from severe diabetes, and then it goes on to list what should be done in the meantime by the people she is with, the nurses, the doctors etc. I think this is a great idea for ch as well. I have caused many a scene in my day and I know that the card would be of great help. Once I was at the student health services begging for oxygen and they did the same thing to me, and were scrambling through text books to find anything about O2 (even though I had told them everything they needed to know). I think the card should say..."If you are being held hostage, screamed at, or being beaten with a waiting room chair, these are signs of severe cluster headache pain and the person inflicting pain on you should be treated immediately with....." I know, these cards are supposed to prevent that from happening...but it would be nifty. Anyway, great idea and I hope to see this in the works very soon!
Peace and love,
