stops the beast in his tracks for me, for at least a few days anyway. It can have some bad side effects over time, but as a quick fix, particularly if you believe you are at the end of your cycle, that would be my suggestion. It is also cheap and non-addictive. Doc should have no problem giving you a small scrip to try, as long as you have no other medical history to suggest you shouldn't. It is a steroid.
