ARTICLE IX – ANNUAL CONVENTION
Section 1: The Annual convention of the Association shall be held in each calendar year. The actual date of Annual Convention shall be set by the Convention Committee and approved by the Board of Directors.
Section 2: Location: The geographic location for the Annual Convention shall be determined by the Convention Committee and approved by the Board of Directors
As a member of the Annual Convention Committee I would have proposed that more than one location be picked and the memebers be given a chance to pick a location. Then it would be sent to the BOD for the final vote. I was not invited to the meeting neither was Todd about where the location of the next convention would be. I am not sure if Kip was there or not.
But I do feel that we should go by the By-Laws thats why we have them.
