Hello all,
Whew! Made it again. I guess this stuff is old hat to you guys. I kind of think that A LOT of you are getting hit and just are not saying anything about it... Luck and PF'ness to all of you brave and stoic souls.
Probably a good policy. Does not worry people or whatever. Hmmm. Perhaps that makes a lot of sense.
Anyway, I am happy because I got some sleep afterwards. From about 6am to 11:30am. Woohooo!
So, I'm kind of cycling a little now, kind of low intensity though. :) I am about to try and go surfing. The beast be damned! He's just going to have to catch some waves with me! HeHe. Maybe I'll fall and hit my head or something and it will miraculously cure my headaches! You never know. :)

P.S. - Can you imagine how great it would be if everyone was as strong and had as big a heart as you guys? The world would be a better place. Just watch out though when their having CH's. LOL!
