Medline has a few studies on sleep apnea and CH. I think the over-all conclusions were that sleep apnea does tend to be more common in CH people, but that it seems to be a problem for people that get headaches soon after falling asleep ... suggesting that apnea is a trigger for some people, but not the main cause. If you get your headaches in the morning, then apnea is probably not a big factor. If you get your headaches within a few hours of falling asleep, you may want to get checked for apnea or some other chronic obstruction (deviated sinus, allergies, etc).
