I have just started another cycle of these clusters. The last time I had them, a doctor put me on Covera-HS to take everyday and ultram to take when I get a headache. I got the first one three days ago and everyone knows that it is usually noy to bad. I immediately took the medication and the headache was gone within a couple of hours. I got one again the next day that was worse, but with the help of ice bag wrapped on my temple and the medication, it di not get too bad and lasted less than an hour. I am still on the Covera-HS and have gone a day and a half with just a little bit of surging in the head but no full blown headache. I have used prednisone in the past but the Dr. thought this might do the same thing and be better for me. I will keep you updated on the success/failure of the medication.
