Doc just put me on Prednisone and hopefully, as in the past, it will abort the cycle. After 34 years of this hell once a year....I have finally just ran to get ice to put on head, back of neck and feet....ESPECIALLY the feet. I get myself FREEZING (which constricts the blood vessels). Now this will work till mid cycle then I just pray. I don't understand why I can deal with it until the peak, then NOTHING works. This knot will not go away in the back of my neck. I would love someone to just shoot me, which wouldn't hurt so bad. Then of course they pass and life goes back to a waiting game. But, thank God, the cycle ends!
