My wife came up with a theory last night that it could be due to being the most tired on this day. CH seem to have no rhyme or reason so I don't really know but, I'll give my wife the benefit of the doubt for being smarter then me. I think you could be right about the cig. smoke though. Last time I had a bad one was right after I smoked a cigarette. I don't smoke but I use to occasionally. A friend of my offered me one as a joke but I took him up on it. I thought it might help relax me, but a few minutes later and I'm warding off shadows with my Maltax!
