but you gotta catch the bitch warming up backstage. I have found that if I'm not on it within 2-3 minutes of the first twinge, it doesn't help much. If I catch it in time, I can hold it to a dull roar and it stops in under 10 minutes. Seems to help more when I first start using it, then gets to where it doesn't help at all. It does help me to use it for a few minutes in the morning after a particularly dreadful night, when the beast has left his footprints everywhere.
