Being unable to sleep through the CH is common for me. Light and noise does not bother me either. Lasting for hours is not what I have experienced. Mine will hit hard and last for 30 - 90 min. Then may leave entirely for 10 or 15 and hit again. Sometimes this goes on for days at a time. Imtrex does not work for me. It makes the pain worse and makes me extremely moody and angry. Don't know if stress brings these on or not. I sometimes believe that it does, along with pressure, climate, altitude, and changes in time zones when traveling.
