I woke up at 3:00 AM with about a #3 CH, and rapidly getting worse. I took 2 Excedrin Migraine capsules, put ice on my head and started neck exercises...you know, forward, lean on the side, back, etc. I stretched my neck down onto my shoulder so hard it hurt. By then the CH was up to about a #7, but after that big painful stretch, the headache was gone!!! I mean really gone. Don't know if it will happen again, but it's worth a try.
