I've had CH cycles in high stresss and no stress. I don't think they're stress related. One of my most stressful times was 5 years ago when my 3 year old grandson was mauled by the family dog. For weeks after, my son-in-law (idiot) refused to get rid of the dog. My wife and I were stressed to the max but no CH. Sorry your remission didn't last; maybe the beast just wanted to remind you it's still there and will go back to sleep. Hope so.
